  1. Appointment requests are manually confirmed by West Sound Auto Detail. You will receive email, then a text message confirming your appointment within 24 hours of booking. Payment is due upon completion of service.

  2. For Interior and Full Details, please remove all personal items from vehicle. If anything is left in the car, we will not touch that area and leave the belongings alone.

  3. Please provide power & water. In order to perfrom our mobile detailing services, all we ask of you is to provide a power supply for our extension cord and a water source for our hose.

  4.  Payment is collected after service completion once you're satisfied with the results. If you are present at the end of the detail Tap to Pay or cash will be accepted immediately. If you are not present, an Invoice will be Emailed/Texted to you. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise arranged.
